Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: October 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all content and activity on HotCreatures.com (the "Platform") and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Platform, members agree to this AUP.
1. Prohibited Content
Members may not post, upload, distribute, link to, or monetize the following categories of content. Doing so violates this AUP and may violate law.
- Adult content and services: Content that contains nudity or explicit sexual acts (including subscriber-only nude images, adult audio, or video live chat). HotCreatures is not an adult content platform, and the monetization of adult content is prohibited.
- Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement: Content that infringes patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary right of another party.
- Copyright-infringing content: Content you do not own or have a license to post, including leaked, ripped, or unauthorized copies of music, albums, films, software, photography, or other creative works.
- Violent extremism and hate speech: Content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or hate speech toward any group or person based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation of other members.
- Impersonation of another person, or posting another person's image or personal information without their consent.
- Buying, selling, or trading member accounts or balances outside the Platform's approved features.
- Using the Platform to traffic in illegal goods or services, scams, phishing, or malware.
- Uploading images of minors, or any content sexualizing minors (reported to authorities and NCMEC without notice).
- Any attempt to circumvent Platform moderation, security, or payment controls.
3. Gifts, Credits, and Withdrawals
- Members may send gifts to other members. The Platform retains a service portion of each gift; the remainder is credited to the receiving member's Platform balance.
- Platform balances may be used for membership renewals, gifts, and approved Platform features.
- Withdrawal of a member balance is available only through the Platform's approved withdrawal process, which requires identity verification. The Platform may refuse or delay any withdrawal that it associates with a violation of this AUP or law.
- Balances have no interest and are subject to the Platform's Terms of Service.
4. Contact Information Releases
- A member's personal contact information is private. Contact details are released to another member only with the explicit, per-request consent of the member whose information is requested.
- Any attempt to obtain, publish, or redistribute another member's contact information without that member's consent is a serious violation of this AUP.
5. Reporting and Removal
- Every member may report content they believe violates this AUP using the on-site Report control (available on posts and profiles) or by email to abuse@hotcreatures.com. Rights holders may submit takedown requests to the same address and will receive a response.
- Reported content is placed in a moderation queue. Moderators review reports and may remove content, restrict monetization features, suspend gift privileges, or close accounts.
- The Platform employs automated screening of member submissions (prohibited-term filtering on text submissions and moderation queue flagging) in addition to human review.
6. Enforcement and Repeat Violations
Enforcement is proportionate and progressive. Depending on severity, the Platform may take any of the following steps:
- First violation: content removal and a warning notice to the member.
- Continued or serious violation: loss of posting or monetization privileges, and account suspension.
- Repeat violations or severe breaches (including any content involving minors, threats, or illegal activity): permanent account ban, forfeiture of balance, and where required, referral to law enforcement.
The Platform may skip intermediate steps when content is unlawful or poses a safety risk.
7. Appeals
A member whose content is removed or whose account is restricted may appeal once per action by replying to the enforcement notice or writing to abuse@hotcreatures.com. Appeals are reviewed by a moderator who did not issue the original action where practicable.
8. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
